I first had the privilege of meeting and working with Robin in the Spring of 2016. As a newcomer to the area and State of Alabama, I knew very few people other than my new coworkers. Robin came highly recommended from a local Mortgage Broker. It did not take very long for me for me to trust Robin's professionalism and expertise in the real estate market. She understood my needs and was able to show me several homes that fit them. Her unwaivering determination and customer service were truly remarkable! She was never pushy or assuming, but always kind, caring, and sincere. The end result was that I was able to purchase a brand new home in April of 2016. Through the years Robin maintained contact by sending my thoughtful reminders of her dedication to providing great customer service. Whether it was a yearly calendar at Christmas, or a quarterly trade publication with homeowner tips and seasonal recipes, it made me aware that she was still nearby and available if the need should ever arise. Fast forward to the Spring of this year when I found myself needing to sell my home. I immediately knew who to call. Within a couple of hours of reaching out to Robin we had a conversation about my current situation and needs. Within a couple of days, we were able to meet face to face and discuss all the particulars and my home was listed for sale. Within a week of listing my home, and only after a day of having professional photos published to the listing, I received a full price offer! Robin, once again, was able to deliver and provide me with impeccable customer service. I was so impressed and pleased by her, I recommended her to a good friend who was in the market as a first time home buyer. My words to him were, "You can trust in Robin and that she will find you the perfect home to fit your needs." After viewing several homes, he found the perfect home and put in and offer that was accepted. He could not be happier with the results delivered by Robin. I firmly believe that Robin's drive and determination, guided by her Christian faith and values, are the key to her success.
